- While Registering, you certify that the information provided by you is True, accurate and correct to best of your knowledge to use some of the features that are offered through the site, use of any personal information during the registration process is governed by our privacy policy.
- You should be 18 years or over or, legal age to register with us and form binding contract member of Higglu. if you are under 18 year of age than you can only use our supervision under the supervision of your parents or guardian who has agreed to the Terms & condition. if you do not matched to the above criteria of registration, you cannot register with us.
- Please note that services and features of Higglu may be modified at any time without any prior notice and such modification will be effective upon the Higglu posting of the new terms and/or upon implementation of the new changes of the xplremycity.com. you agree to review terms & condition periodically so that aware of any modification.
- Children under 13 is not allowed to use the website if it is noticed that children is using user account, we take steps to remove such account and terminate child account.
- While submitting your content to us you represent and agree that you are sole author of the content, and your content are not copied from or based on, in whole or in part, any other work or websites. with regards to pictures and videos you agree that you have taken or created the photo or video, you have own right to the image ; or you have explicit permission from the rights-holder to submit such image or video.
- You also understood and agree that your content submitted to us should not :
- Be abusive, unlawful, threatening, harassing and vulgar
- Be accepted other than English language
- Contain material that is illegal or that violates any federal , state, or local law or regulation:
- You contribution should be unbiased and objective. For example, you shouldn't write reviews of your own business or employer, your friends or relatives business, or businesses in your network group.
- Our advertisement plans will be charged quarterly, half yearly and yearly. You may upgraded current membership to higher membership at any time.
- Cancellation of Membership Plan: You may cancel Higglu membership but you have to inform customer care and give 15 days notice before month starts otherwise one month charge will be deducted from deposit money. You cannot claim refund for any Add-on packages.
- You understood that you have read & understood our privacy policy.
- According to the copyright act, 1957 copyright means the exclusive rights of an owner, or authorized person to use. Copyright is infringed if any person violates the right of the copyright owner without license or permission for profit or commercial activity. However, copyright infringement cannot be evoked if such material is used for private use.
- Higglu has authority to block access to or remove material that it believes in good faith to be copyrighted material that has been illegally copied and distribute by any of our advertisers, affiliates, content providers, members or users; and remove and discontinue service to repeat offenders.
- You are also agree and understood that Higglu may use your copyright photos or other information for promotion purposes.
